Ticketing

What is the refund and exchange policy?

All tickets sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Are children required to have a ticket?

Children 2 and under may sit on a parent’s lap free of charge. All other guests require a ticket.

Do you offer discounts for seniors, military or students?

Yes! We proudly offer special pricing for seniors, students and military with valid ID.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes! Groups of 15 or more receive discounted rates and other VIP benefits. Call our Group Sales office at 706-489-6650 ext. 2 for details.

Do you offer handicap accessible seating?

Yes! There is a limited number of ADA wheelchair seating in the theater. Please call the Box Office at (706) 489-6650 to purchase ADA seats and for any handicap accessible questions.

About the Show

How long is the show?

The show is 2 hours plus a 15 minute intermission.

What kind of show is it?

The North Georgia Jukebox Revue is a high-energy, Pigeon Forge-style, musical production featuring a professional cast of singers and dancers that cover the best music of the 1950s and 1960s. 

Is the show family-friendly?

Yes! Our production is designed for audiences of all ages. It’s a perfect outing for families, church groups, and community organizations.

What time should I arrive at the theater?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled showtime. This allows for plenty of time for parking, picking up tickets at Will Call if necessary, stopping by Concessions, and finding your seat.

Can I bring in outside food or drink?

Outside food or drink is strictly prohibited.

Can I take pictures during the show?

Yes! Feel free to take all of the photos that you’d like during the show, but please turn off the flash on your device. Due to copyright laws, video and audio recording is prohibited.

Are there strobe/flashing lights in the show?

Yes. Our show utilizes strobe lighting and haze effects.
